Classes are at 712 Cattell St, Easton, PA 18042. There is no need to pre-register, you can just drop in anytime. Fee is choose your rate: $10/$15/$20 per yoga class - Cash, Check, Paypal/Venmo. If the front door is locked, ring the buzzer or text J. at 917-446-8871.

Weekend Gatherings
Let's come together. To ease our pain, to feel some inner peace, and to summon the strength and courage to overcome the obstacles that lay before us. Utilizing simple breath-centered practice to embody our intentions, and enjoying the supportive atmosphere of friendship and shared inquiry with other like-minded people, we will foster transformation and resilience.
In this weekend gathering, J. Brown brings his 25+ years of teaching experience in a personalized therapeutic approach that adapts to individual needs, and his knack for creating open communication developed through his industry leading podcast, J. Brown Yoga Talks, to facilitate a co-creative ritual of healing and spirit.
The gathering consists of four (2.5) hour sessions. All sessions include both a lecture/discussion and a practice. You are welcome to register for the entire weekend or individual sessions. The schedule is:
Sat. 10:00am -12:30pm
2:00pm - 4:30pm
Sun. 10:00am -12:30pm
2:00pm - 4:30pm
This is an opportunity for both those who have never met J before to be introduced to new possibilities, and for old friends to catch up and compare notes. No previous experience is required. All are welcome.
